When the Player sign up in a tournament or league on the Supplier’s website, the Supplier collects the personal information you give us such as your name, age, location and email address.? 

When the Player browse on the Suppliers’ the Supplier’s website, the Supplier also automatically receive the Player’s computer internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide information that helps the Supplier learn about the Player´s browser and operating system.? 

Where the Supplier discloses the Player’s personal information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.? 

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, the Supplier may disclose the Player’s personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.?

If the Player choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the Player’s credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The Player’s purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After that is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted.? 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.?
