- with the Player’s permission, send you marketing communications.?
When the Player sign up in a tournament or league on the Supplier’s website, the Supplier collects the personal information you give us such as your name, age, location and email address.?
When the Player browse on the Suppliers’ the Supplier’s website, the Supplier also automatically receive the Player’s computer internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide information that helps the Supplier learn about the Player´s browser and operating system.?
Where the Supplier discloses the Player’s personal information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.?
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, the Supplier may disclose the Player’s personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.?

How does the Supplier get the Player consent??
When the Player provides the Supplier with personal information to complete a transaction, verify their credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, the Supplier will imply that the Player consent to the Supplier’s data collection of it and using it for that specific reason only.?
If the Supplier asks for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, the Supplier will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.?
How do I withdraw my consent??

The Supplier may disclose the Players personal information if the Supplier is required by law to do so or if the Player violates the Terms and Conditions.?
SECTION 4 – E-COMMERCE?
If the Player choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the Player’s credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The Player’s purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After that is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted.?
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.?
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.?
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES?
In general, the third-party providers used by Oceania will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to Oceania.?
The Supplier, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information the Supplier are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.?
For these providers, the Supplier recommends that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.?
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either the Player or the Supplier.?So?if the Player elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.?
As an example, if the Player is located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then the Player’s personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.?
When the Player click on links on the Supplier’s website, they may direct you away from our site. The Supplier is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourages you to read their privacy statements.?
SECTION 6 – SECURITY?
To protect the Player’s personal information, the Supplier takes reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.?
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with?an?AES-256 encryption. However the Supplier server, this opt-out mechanism uses a cookie, and if you clear the cookies from your browser?your?opt-out will not be maintained. To ensure that an opt-out is maintained in respect of a particular browser, the Player should use the Google browser plug-in available at:?https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/plugin.?
Most browsers allow the Player to refuse to accept cookies.?
